Coverage Options

Standard Warranty Coverage

• Hardware Repairs: 90-day warranty covering parts and labor for any repair involving hardware replacement.
• Software Repairs: 30-day warranty covering software-related issues.

Extended Warranty Option

For customers seeking additional coverage, we offer an extended warranty:

• $20 for a one-year extension on hardware-related repairs.
• $20 per additional year for continued coverage.
• Extended warranties apply only to hardware repairs and do not cover software issues or accidental damage.

Broken Club Member Exclusive Warranty

As a valued Gadget Medics Broken Club member, you are eligible for exclusive warranty benefits:

• Lifetime warranty on hardware repairs performed by Gadget Medics, as long as your membership is active.
• 6-month warranty on software-related repairs with an active membership.
• Membership benefits apply only while the Broken Club membership card is stored in your digital wallet.

Policy Terms and Exceptions

Warranty Limitations

• The warranty applies only to the specific device repaired and is non-transferable.
• Coverage does not include supplemental or accidental damage, such as liquid exposure, drops, or any new physical damage after the repair.
• If a device sustains liquid-related or physical damage after repair, the warranty is automatically void.
• Any software updates or modifications that impact the functionality of the device will void the warranty.
• Gadget Medics reserves the right to determine the eligibility of warranty claims and resolve any disputes regarding warranty coverage.

Repairs Completed Before March 5th, 2025

All repairs completed before March 5th, 2025 are subject to our previous warranty policy in effect at the time of service.
