Quick advice under 10 minutes is free, and so is the diagnosis when the issue is obvious. If finding the fault needs bench time, it is $55 for phones, tablets, consoles and drones, or $85 for computers. The fee is applied toward your repair if you fix the device with us. Broken Club members pay no diagnostic fees.
